 Joining the team

Do you have an interest in helping more people to enjoy fine works of fine Art. Would you like to take on one of the challenges we are able to make available

As a non profit organisation, with no paid central staff and no shareholders, we don't have a driving desire to make money, however we understand that many of our partners, such as artists, image publishers and our local teams do enjoy having the opportunity to get a good income from a role that they really enjoy. As we don't need a large slice of the pie (income) that is available to share between the partners and team members involved they can each have a larger slice.

The largest slice goes to members of the local team, after all they are providing the very valuable local service, on an individual basis, while publishers and artists can take a smaller slice as the sum of a number of smaller slices is sufficient for them. No person involved should expect to earn less than that have previously and most will earn far more, plus of course do an interesting task that they fully enjoy.

Compared to most fine art available we spend a larger part on the production process. Much of ours is presented using museum glass which is expensive, where many others avoid this on cost grounds,  and we have involved a number of technical areas that although adding cost, make the art a better long term investment. Throughout the process is organised to the very highest standards, and quality control is second to none. This allows us to provide the unique double guarantee we offer our clients. We don't pass this additional cost on to clients, but give them a far superior product at about the same price as competitors offer similar work. Most of the cost of doing this is covered by the reduced marketing costs by the publishers, and the way we have scaled the production. Artists also get a smaller share of each individual sale, but can expect to see higher sales that more than compensates for this.

The client gets a far superior deal, a fine work produced to the highest standards, in many cases with museum glass, and technical items added, superior framing, and hanging systems, and the help of the local art consultant, who not only discuss it in their own home or office, but shows them art in the environment it is to be viewed and will hang it for them if they wish. As you can see we have a win win situation, good for the clients and for all of our team.
